FTP UGM Holds International Guest Lecture: Exploring the Future of Agricultural Engineering Profession in the Era of IR 4.0

The Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Faculty of Agricultural Technology Universitas Gadjah Mada (FTP UGM) is proud to present an international guest lecture with the theme "The Future of Agricultural Engineering Profession: Challenges and Potentials in the Era of IR 4.0". The event will be held on:

This guest lecture will feature an international speaker, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nazmi Mat Nawi, who serves as Head of the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He will share his insights and expertise regarding the challenges and opportunities faced by agricultural engineering professionals in the era of Industry Revolution 4.0. The event will be moderated by Ir. Andri Prima Nugroho, Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN Eng, research coordinator of the Smart Agriculture Research Center, Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, FTP UGM.
This guest lecture is mandatory for students taking the Engineering Profession course (TPPB212207). The event is also open to the public and presents a valuable opportunity for students, lecturers, researchers, and practitioners in the field of agriculture to expand their knowledge and discuss the latest developments in the world of agricultural engineering.
This activity is part of the Joint Supervision and Research Program between Universitas Gadjah Mada and Universiti Putra Malaysia, which aims to strengthen research and academic cooperation between the two institutions.
